Crew Photo Gallery

The first 25 color pictures are from my own photo collection. Originally the pictures were taken as slides. Some of the pictures the quality is good, and others are just marginal, as the dyes have faded over time. The Kodak Slides have held up under the test of time. Agfa film and Fuji film did not hold up very well.

This is page 1 of the collection I will be putting on the web. Eventually I want to have a a photo section for each time period the ship was in commission. ( Each page will contain 30 or more pictures )

There is a separate section for the pictures taken at annual reunions, To see them you will have to enter thru the Reunion Association page.

The first picture in this series is of John R. Anderson. John was given this honor because I tried in vain for many years to keep a promise to him. The McGowan is also on another site, unfortunately I had great difficulty having the webmaster return my emails. The purpose of which was to have "Andy's" picture included on the site.

So if you have pictures that you would like to have on the web of your Navy days, mail them to me. and we will do the rest for you. Don't forget to provide names, dates, and the place they were taken.
